One of my New Year’s resolutions for 2010 is to do more cooking. This is partly due to the influence of the movie, “Julie & Julia”. At any rate, since the last 6 months of 2009 consisted of many dinners that were originally frozen, I decided that it was time to crack open the cookbooks I now own to start building up my cooking skills. My brother, Tim, takes pictures of food he has made, and they look pretty classy, so I have decided to do the same. This page will show my culinary exploits during the year.
